Jakell Bell, M.Ed.

Jakell Bell received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley followed by her master’s degree in Education in Cross-cultural Teaching from National University. She also holds a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and Preliminary Tier 1 Administrative Services Credential. With over 20 years of educational experience, Jakell has served in various academic roles including elementary literacy coordinator, elementary literacy coach, restorative justice teacher advisor, and classroom teacher. Jakell is skilled in identifying/assessing student need and designing a rigorous, stimulating instructional program that accommodates multiple intelligences and learning styles to keep students focused and engaged.

In her free time, Jakell enjoys replicating her favorite restaurant meals, crafting projects and endurance sports. She is an avid triathlete who spends most of her free time training and attempting to convince her friends to give “tri” a try!
