  • Hayutin is a go-to referral when one of my patients is in need of high-level academic support and particularly when the student’s organizational challenges are a primary impediment to their success. I feel confident “passing the baton” to Hayutin because I know they take the time to understand academic, emotional, and systemic factors that all inform the individual needs of the student. What has truly impressed me is the consistency with which my patients have been well-matched with qualified Hayutin staff. Moreover, I appreciate how supported families feel by the outstanding communication and transparency that Hayutin provides regarding ongoing session goals and interventions. This is so much more than tutoring—the staff at Hayutin are highly-skilled interventionists who empower students to excel independently.

  • My pathway to finding a career I love was certainly not linear. As someone who is a little overenthusiastic about all things learning and cognition, I used to worry I would never find a workplace with like-minded, creative, passionate educators. That worry was put to rest when I began working for Hayutin. During one of my first days at work I was told, “Your goal is to work yourself out of a job.” Your goal as an educator is to teach the student in front of you all the tools they need to be totally autonomous in their learning and to take charge of their lives.  Like ideal educators, Hayutin holds their employees to high but achievable expectations.  They share in your triumphs and support your setbacks. I expected to become a better educator, working at a place like Hayutin. I did not, however, expect to become a better, more confident, and well-rounded person.

  • As a clinician who conducts assessments, I know the importance of intervention for children struggling with learning challenges.  Hayutin have been instrumental in helping children and adolescents develop lagging skills, close the education gap, and maintain a love of learning at the same time. They are great partners in helping kids move from struggle to success.

  • As an educator and educational consultant, I am always asked for referrals for all types of educational support for my clients.  Most frequently, I am asked for referrals for tutors, standardized test tutors, and homeschool teachers. Having worked with Hayutin for the past 15 years, I can confidently say that they are my “go-to” for these services, and there is a reason that I consistently refer my clients to Hayutin.  Hayutin is not a corporate entity that has a “one size fits all” formula.  They are incredibly skilled at getting to understand the individual needs of each student, they are brilliant at matching students with tutors (as “fit” is crucial to the motivation and success of the student), and they are very transparent and consistently in clear communication with parents throughout the process.  I see the results with dozens of my clients every year, and those results are why I highly recommend Hayutin to any and everyone who asks.

  • I've worked with Hayutin for over a decade. They have been an incredible support and resource to all the families I have referred for services ranging from test prep to full curriculum support. Hayutin works with professionals and families to navigate student ability and need. They partner with schools, teachers and therapists to create clear lines of communication and flexible yet stable support for all involved. Employees at Hayutin are well-trained and extremely well-vetted. It can be challenging in today's competitive educational climate to find professionals who are up to date with training and research who truly care about forming connections with their clients; Hayutin meets and exceeds that challenge. I'm so grateful to have them as partners and allies in this work.

  • One of the most important aspects of student success is building a team approach.  Hayutin do just that starting with their comprehensive intake and placement process that helps to create strong tutor and student relationships. They also work hand in hand with a student's school to make sure that services are seamless and clear to everyone involved in supporting the student.  The communication from the Hayutin has enabled me to better understand how to adjust and incorporate outside supports with the supports offered on our campus.
